an opposite doran?

Modern forum

I have an idea for a rakdos deck im working on, and I realized an opposite doran (bizarro doran?) card would be sick!
Anyone know of any modern cards that boost toughness based on power?

It's not Rakdos, and I can't think of anything else but Xenagos, God of Revels comes to mind.

Doran, the Siege Tower?

He makes cards deal damage equal to their toughness. The opposite would be damage equal to their power...... which is just like, normal.....

Or the opposite would make them receive damage to their power instead of toughness. Dunno how that would work rules-wise without changing the stats.

I think he means a card that would be like: Each creatures toughness is equal to their power.

Which there sadly is no card like that.

You could use something like Mannichi, the Fevered Dream

I get the feeling we'll eventually see a card that does that (yay for Force of Savagery becoming playable!). And it's less complicated rules-wise than it sounds.

Force of Savagery is playable now...

And for OP, Twisted Image is another one in at least the general ballpark.

You know, mannichi and twisted image might be able to do the workload together
Haha looks like this is turning into another casual isochron deck :P
In which case skinshifter could provide some antics,
And make splashing for force of savagery more appealing!

Daaaamn I wasnt expecting so much help, thanks you guys

Mannichi, the Fevered Dream, meet Sudden Spoiling. I think we'll get along just fine. :)

No Quarter exists, but it's not in Modern.
