Is there any good ways for a colorless deck to deal with a Blood Moon ? I feel like my tron deck would be shut down completely by one.
My tron deck is colorless and not many people are running Blood Moon but it is kind of difficult to deal with at this point in time if it does drop.

You can just play through it, which is what I've done every time someone drops a Blood Moon . It's really hard to miss land drops with a Tron deck because of the number of cantrips/search cards. The only deck you're concerned about is RDW/Burn because of how fast they are. Splinter Twin is a really grindy matchup already, and it stops their Steam Vents , fetches, etc. from working properly. They can't flash in a Pestermite if they turn 3 Blood Moon . This sometimes gives you until turn six or seven to answer it.

Well with my tron deck often times by turn 5 or 6 my opponet is dead if I so choose to. I just dont want to go to a modern tournament and get wiped out by 1 card like that.

Ratchet Bomb and Oblivion Stone can deal with it, but can be too slow. As said above, you have other options using basic lands.

Your best bet will be to side on basic lands and some colored destruction spells. Really, Sowing Salt is a bigger threat to a deck like yours, than Blood Moon is.

I play a colorless tron deck and I've played a few matches against players who use Blood Moon . It can slow your game down, but it's not impossible to beat with colorless. Here's the deck I used to beat those players if you're looking for some examples...

Doh! Ignore that post. I submitted the wrong one. Here's my deck...

You don't really have any options in colorless apart from All Is Dust and Oblivion Stone . What is your primary deck color?
Mono-U has countermagic, but that's about it.
RG Tron has green's enchantment removal.
