Can Bridge from Below be good in strategies that aren't dredge?
"oops all spells" is a legacy deck that has no lands and uses Balustrade Spy or Undercity Informer to mill their entire deck (hence the name), often as early as turn one. The preferred method of winning from there varies but sometimes does involve bridges and Narcomoeba s. here's an example of one such deck: Joe Lossett's Oops All Spells.

Considering this is in the modern forum, I'm going to assume you meant in modern. The short answer is probably not.

Yeah, I assumed as much. It's a really interesting card, and I don't feel like shelling out the 500 dollars for dredge vine to run it. I was hoping to find a cheaper way to use it effectively
