Bring in from outside the game

I have a friend who is making a deck and it's main goal is to bring in creatures from outside the game, also how lots of counterspells into he main deck. What's the best way to counter this strategy? Is there a card that will not allow bringing in cards from outside of the game?

I'm not sure about cards that specifically disallow "wishing" in cards from outside of the game, but typically wish decks are a bit slower. For that reason, cheap counterspells (Spell Pierce, Force of Negation, Mystical Dispute, Negate, Dovin's Veto, Spell Snare, etc) are often effective.
Alternatively, just go faster!
What are his actual win conditions? Depending on your colors, there's tons of good removal in modern to hit creatures. Fatal Push, Bloodchief's Thirst, Heartless Act, even cheap things like Doom Blade or Go for the Throat if you want budget options. Path to Exile, Oust, Condemn, and of course sweepers like Wrath of God, Damnation, Supreme Verdict, Extinction Event, etc
It really depends on what his deck is specifically trying to do, and also what kind of deck you'd like to play.

Sounds like he's playing a bit of a control list. If he's doing that, just take a traditional anti-control strategy. There's really not a Rest in Peace that works for this specific thing, but that's not a problem, because I'm assuming he's using Mastermind's Acquisition in particular(there aren't really any other cards outside Glittering Wish that do the SB tutoring for creatures).
Mind Rot effects are pretty good, Duress is probably worth it, then any creature with hexproof is probably worth it. Or anything that says "can't be countered" in this case, like Mistcutter Hydra .

If you want cards to specifically defeat your friend's deck, maybe Containment Priest , Hallowed Moonlight , and Drannith Magistrate will help you out.
For anti-counterspells, discard effects work well. Since I'm already recommending narrow cards, also take a look at "can't be countered" cards, which are usually in or .
How competitive do you want this deck to be, and how many different decks do you expect to use it against?

If they’re casting a sorcery card like one from the Wish cycle, that card itself can be countered by a plethora of spells. For something like Spawnsire of Ulamog , try cards that counter activated abilities of creatures.
