I want to start playing Modern but I have no idea what deck to play. I am on a budget of $200 - $300. Some thoughts I had are UR Delver, BW Tokens, Infect, and maybe Burn. Any ideas for decks, deck links, card suggestions, budget alternatives, etc. are welcome. Thanks for all the help.
EDIT: Another thing I just thought of was the Modern Event Deck. Is it any good?

I'm not quite sure what my style is s but I do know that I play a lot of Blue and a lot of creature aggro. Ex. I play Merfolk, Animar, and Delver. However, I'm up for whatever.

Left a comment on your Delver deck. It's one of the cheaper options in Modern and it scales really well once you can start adding cards to it.
You can also play it in other formats more easily than the other decks.
Merfolk (a.k.a. "Fish") is another great deck to play in Modern that can be on the cheaper side (since you don't need fetch lands), but AEther Vial, Cursecatcher, and Mutavault are all must-haves. Then you still have to buy all of the lords (like Lord of Atlantis) and Phantasmal Image.

I suggest G/W Bogles, and Boros Burn without Goblin Guide.
The land base will suck for bogles now though, because of Brushland spiking 'cause of dumb eldrazi. I picked mine up for a buck 50 a month or two ago.

After a lot of thinking, I think I'm going to play Burn. Here is my current list. Any suggestions would be cool!

200-300 is a good budget for modern, at least at the fnm-level. Ive made infect decks that are a bit glass cannony but can still win most games (at fnm level) for under $50. Mono red burn would be about $120 without goblin guide (overrated card honestly)

Goblin Guide is probably the best card in Burn because it almost always gets in for 4 damage before eating a removal spell, especially if you're going first.

The modern event deck requires some tweaking, but BW tokens is a viable archetype.
