Burn against Ad Nauseam

So with Ad Nauseam rising in popularity, I figure it might be good to get some information on how to play against it as a Burn Player. I know that it is a pretty bad match up, but is there anything I can sideboard against Ad Nauseam to increase my chances of winning?
Couldn't you technically play Leyline of Sanctity? I mean, their entire wincon targets you (Lightning Storm and Conflagrate), so it'd work vs Ad Nauseam, and kinda screws the mirror match pretty hard.

Scouty, a lot of the time they run a card called Patrician's Scorn, which lets them combo, cast it, and then kill you all in the same turn.

@MADMatt7777 I was under the impression that they ran it in their sideboard. So if they don't expect a Leyline from the burn deck, they may not board it in.

It's a silly sideboard card, but if Ad Nauseam is popping up a lot at your local meta or if you're worried about losing to it so much, what about your own Angel's Grace? Might that possibly work?

Deflecting Palm anyone? It won't kill them but you won't die. This tech also works against infect too.

Actually Coinman1863 wouldnt that just kill them on the spot? They wouldn't have any other way of killing you after you basically counter Lightning Storm so you'd win, right?

Well they also happen to play Pact of Negation just for that. I think that Angel's Grace is the best answer, though it does sound janky. And it can probably help against other decks.

I would never dedicate sideboard slots against that deck; I don't think it's even close to played enough to warrant sideboard slots. I'd honestly just accept that it's a bad matchup and dedicate sideboard slots against other problem decks, like Infect and Affinity.

I don't even know why it's considered such a bad matchup? I play Burn exclusively and have beaten Ad Nauseam. I even got past their sided in Leyline of Sanctity on game two with my Destructive Revelry. Just have to race them with your 20 to the face before they can combo off or start slowing down with a resolved and unanswered Phyrexian Unlife. It's very doable.

Ehh... Pretty sure you just lose, straight up. The only common Burn sideboard card that kind of interacts with them is Destructive Revelry (Maybe Ancient Grudge if you stretch it), and even then it isn't very effective. Like, you maybe get to blow up a Phyrexian Unlife, but that's about it; since the deck has other ways of winning the game (Namely Angel's Grace), you're usually screwed either way unless you get lucky and they don't. In fact, that's the matchup; you try to get lucky and hope that they stumble, or else you lose.
