New idea for a deck, the main idea is to start with a hatebears deck game one, then to sideboard in all 15 cards and become a infect deck, any thoughts?

The problem is that anything they side in that is designed to kill your hatebears would also kill your infect creatures. I'd love to see your idea as a deck rather than a concept to see if it works, but I personally can't envision it as being a great deck

I tried playing Infect and siding into Geist of Saint Traft and Knight of the Reliquary and Tarmogoyf. The issue is that their postboard removal plan is still just as good against your deck. You need to side into something totally different, like turning Delver into Gifts Reanimator when they try to bring in a bunch of sweepers and stuff.

Why not just use Infect creatures in a Hatebears shell? most are perfect for AEther Vialing in already ...Blighted Agent ..maybe Ichorclaw Myr 4x Inkmoth Nexus. Thalia and the rest of your bears wouldn't mind being burn proof with a Wild Defiance ...maybe a couple Distortion Strikes in the 75.

I don't love that idea.
Sounds like you would be playing a bad infect compared to typical infect decks, and a bad hatebears deck compared to typical deck. I'd rather do one thing well than 2 things sub-optimally. The two decks don't complement each other well enough enough to support them together in a deck, not to mention that there are some serious non-bo's like Thalia + Pump Spells.
