Sooooooo, domain is a keyword that makes the X in the spell cast equal to the different types of basic land types you have in play (if you have an Overgrown Tomb and a Forest in play, X would equal 2). Originally the max X could ever be was 5 but nooooooow....it can be 6. Cuz wastes. Talk about it.

Wastes doesn't have a basic land type. Domain only counts Forest, swamp, mountain, etc. Because there is no basic land type, domain only hits up to five. So, it's still bad?

Yeah, the reason Barry's Land doesn't work is because the game defines 5 basic land types. If the rumored Wastes is real, then Domain wouldn't be affected since it has no basic land type.

nobody plays domain anyways, so its not gonna have that big of an effect on the game if it is real

Wastes is indeed rumored to be a basic land, but its "devoid" of a type (which means we may see "dual" lands with just the forest type)

so it doesnt effect domain and more then likely doesnt effect converge (just the playability of colorless in every deck)
