Dromoka's Command in elves sideboard?

Someone suggested splashing red for Atarka's Command the other night. My elves and I are not feeling it. But it got me looking at another card in that cycle.
Dromoka's Command seems like it could be very useful in the sideboard. Some things it can do for only two mana at instant speed:
- Blank Pyroclasm, Anger of the Gods and Lightning Bolt
- Make Ezuri big enough that he can't be bolted while a lord is on the field.
- Blow up Splinter Twin in response to untap triggers.
- Let my elves punch other people's creatures in the face whenever I feel like it. Not as good, but not useless either. Stomping all over a Glistener Elf when it's targeted with a pump spell seems pretty funny.
At present I have stuff to answer all of those things, but not all on a single card. Being able to have a couple in the side to shore up the answers I already have is very tempting.
I'm not liking the decklist right now since I'd also like to discuss whether it's useful enough that someone else might want to do the same. What do you folks think of the card in Elves?

That's my thought; it's certainly efficient enough for the format and highly versatile. I think a few tricky matchups could be improved by it; it's almost worth it just for the first two modes, the rest are just gravy. I might test it out this week.

Dromoka's Command is one of the most underrated cards in modern, I think.
Mode 1 stops red sweepers, and can be a little help against burn, just to prevent the odd 3 damage to the face when you need it. I believe it also completely blanks Lightning Storm which Ad Nauseam plays to win.
Mode 2 is the only way to deal with Keranos, God of Storms in control decks. It also deals with Splinter Twin, and against burn it deals with Eidolon of the Great Revel. The other day I managed to cast a Dromoka's Command against a burn deck which let me blank a Lightning Bolt and kill an Eidolon of the Great Revel. Fantastic.
Mode 3 I never use, but you know, it may sometimes allow you to attack more profitably. Could be used as a combat trick.
Mode 4 I rarely use but it can be used to get one of your creatures to kill a Pestermite or Splinter Twin. It's pretty much a kill spell for creature heavy decks. Mode 3 and 4 go nicely together.

Thanks for the input folks. I think I'm going to do this.
@APPLE01DOJ: When your whole board dies to Pyroclasm that first mode starts looking pretty sexy.

@ChiefBell: Having friends who play Ad Nauseam, I'm fairly certain blanking their Lightning Storm won't usually cause them to lose since at that point in the game they have access to all of their alternate win conditions. It's very hard to stop them once they've gone off.
But the look on their face when you tell them to play out their combo is still very amusing. Try it sometime and watch them squirm; they'll often assume you have an answer of some sort.

Ive played against some who've killed themselves after I've done like 15 damage to them.

That does happen now and then. It's a pretty silly deck when you get down to it.

Could be a thing. I've always felt that it was an underrated card because it's 2 mana for 2 things, and that should almost always find a home in Modern through sheer efficiency. It's probably worth 2 sideboard slots as a test if you're already splashing
