Exalted in Modern

Community opinion time: How viable is exalted in modern right now? In a turn 4 format, it seems there are several draws you could get that would aggro out by then, most notably curving out in Sublime Archangel. Also, any insight or ideas on color choices? I personally like B/W, but splashing seems to both speed it up, and offer resiliency, specifically Boros Charm and a burn package. Thoughts?

Unfortunately, not at all viable. Exalted is extremely weak to control/spot removal ...aggro decks tend to do better with more resilient threats or cheaper/stronger ones.
If you are looking to play with the exalted mechanic, I'd recommend EDH :), it's always a good time with my Rafiq of the Many Wins EDH deck (for me).

It suffers the same fate as Bogles. Because of the dependency on one creature, you are too susceptible to instant removal and bounce. The only reason why Bogles is tier 2 is because you don't have to waste valuable slots on protection spells. Bogles has enchantments that pull double duty as well as their hexproof creatures. In order for exalted to work, you need creatures on the field. To protect them you would have to use your free spots for Faith's Shield and the like when you would be better served to use those free spots for a removal package.

Exalted is viable, but not as a full deck. Really the only exalted creature you want to use is Noble Hierarch.

It's possible, but if your LGS is full of the big meta stuff then you done goofed. If you run Geist, then it's slightly more plausible. If you're about to dump into a big Exalted deck, first don't, second, like it was said, gets yourself some Quaslis, and some Heirarchs.

Exalted can go as fast as turn 3. I think there are about 4 of them specifically if you build your deck right.
The other exalted cards or cards that go well with exalted are the obvious Rafiq of the Many and Sublime Archangel, and the not so obvious Blighted Agent and Knotvine Paladin. Most of the time you are best off just playing infect as it plays practically the same way, but more efficiently.

Try this Prowess
Not exalted but is quick & fun to play...

It's decently viable. Under tier 2 of course, but it can probably pull a few wins here and there.
