Of the many, many combos in modern, few have impressed me more than Stanislav Cifka's take on second breakfast.

I LOVE playing eggs. It's like gambling... You don't know of you will get it or not until you draw that one win-con. Eggs-Cellent is my take on it.
My favorite combo though is Deceiver Exarch /Splinter Twin or something similar. One I the most used now is Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker /Restoration Angel and that works the same way but with more evasion.
Runner up has to go to Melira, Sylvok Outcast /Kitchen Finks which is absolutely degenerate, add Blasting Station for a GG.

You can also add black to the Melira, Sylvok Outcast combo. It allows you to throw in a sac outlet like Viscera Seer and to utilize Murderous Redcap for a damage source.

I don't know if I'd call Dragonstorm a combo, but it's certainly my favorite!

I like Izzet Guildmage +Desperate Ritual +Lava Spike . When you cast the Lava Spike , splice the Desperate Ritual , so the Lava Spike now reads: Add RRR to your mana pool. Deal 3 damage to target player. Then, with the 3 mana, use the guildmage to copy the newly 'written' Lava Spike , which makes RRR and 3 more damage. Then, just copy it 'till they're dead. What makes it my favorite, is even after I realized it was used a lot, I found it all by myself :)
