Give me some fun modern cards/decks to build around

I've been looking for a new deck to build since i've grown tired of net decking. I've been either looking at a tribal deck, or a death matters deck. That has lead me to look at vampires, but i can't seem to make them even fringe playable. So give me some cool modern cards to build around. Or deck archetypes if you feel like it.

You could do a modern version of "The Aristocrats."
Sliver tribal.
Elf Tribal (non-combo)
Equipment Storm with Puresteel Paladin and 0 cost equipments. Grapeshot or just him all suited up as a win con.
Modern blue devotion.

No love for tron? Tron is really fun to play and you can make some awesome win conditions with all that mana

check this out before u give up...
I took the Vampire Onslaught event deck, and pimped it out to about as top notch as it can be. Certainly capable of fringe play.
If u own fetches & lilly it costs like nothing to make.

Wanna have some fun? Go with a Gifts Ungiven or Realms Uncharted deck. Has anyone else noticed the pictures look a bit similar?...

Life from the Loam + Realms Uncharted looks fun.
Fist of Suns could also be cool.

I'm playing tribal Affinity/Goblins deck right now and its pretty fun and works well. It can win turn 3-4 without much issue. I have some budget issues with it and would play Mox Opal and a white splash for path and some other white SB hate.

Tron and Affinity are both really fun to play and work great. I've also played around with a deck revolving around Skirsdag High Priest . It's really fun.

I've played around with a Rakdos control list that's pretty fun, lots of hand disruption and creature removal. Pretty fun.
Tribal elves are pretty fun as well
I think Modern Aristocrats could be fun as well, I tried to make it work but quickly gave that project up for my current one.

I find ramp to be really fun. My ramp deck (see here) can drop 6-7 mana bombs on turn 3, and is still competitive enough to get me to the semis of a GPT. It is Timmy, Johnny and Spike all in one.

Mono red blood moon decks are funny. Best use I've seen have been Skred decks. Sometimes, especially if you get a turn 1 or 2 Blood Moon (Simian Spirit Guide ), a resolved Blood Moon just wins you the game.
There was a UW Trading Post list I saw floating around a while ago that was neat (think it was in an SCG newsletter).
