Hello, I use to play a BW Tokens deck. Where I live some people play UTron and RGTron, so for you what are the best cards and strategies against them? Thanks for your help!:)

Laaaand haaaate!
Ghost Quarter, Tectonic Edge. A great non-budget land destruction card is Fulminator Mage. If you have budget on the mind though, you have the colors to drop a few Evil Presence, a card which I think many people overlook. (It turns the land into a swamp irregardless of it's other types, so the land loses all abilities it would otherwise have, similar to Blood Moon. For example (and this is the key), the Urza lands, such as Urza's Mine do NOT tap for additional mana when all 3 are out if one of them is enchanted, as that enchanted land is a swamp and can only produce black mana- which neither of the decks have any use for.
A few Stony Silence could be good as well. R/G Tron likes to use artifacts to it's advantage, a lot.

then once you have one of their precious tron lands in the graveyard, make sure you get it with Surgical Extraction or Extirpate

Just remember that blue tron isn't crippled by losing one of their tron lands. It sets them back, but they can still counter stuff.

Land destruction seriously cripples RG Tron. U Tron is technically a bit less powerful then RG Tron in an ideal matchup, but much harder to cripple. If you pack enough land destruction you can slow it down a lot, but most of the deck is countermagic and tempo, no aggro deck will run Tron out of gas. Your best bet is resolve something hexproof that will put it on a clock, as a U Tron player, even a 2/2 I can't remove is a serious threat, especially if the person is busting my lands to gain a couple more turns on the clock.

Normally I use Aven Mindcensor, Stony Silence and Ghost Quarter. I was thinking to add R and use cards like Slaughter Games because Tron with Scape it's one of the decks that hurt me...:( but I'm not sure about that!

Sideboard Fulminator Mage is probably a good idea, and the best you can do is add in some Tectonic Edge (maybe one or two in the 75) to combat their Tron lands. The decks also has pretty high variance, and a well timed Thoughtseize (or two) can pick their hand apart for their threats, leaving them with no action.
