How does Restore Balance Win?

I feel lots of people know of the deck Restore Balance (ex. Restore Balance- Alfonso Barcelona Cabeza) and I have a question. How does it win? Thanks in advance.
It's an unorthodox way of winning, relying on living long enough to make opponents sacrifice their resources while you wait for your suspended cards (the Suspend keyword means that you can play the card for its suspend cost instead, and you have to wait that many turns before you can cast it) to become accessible.
Since these suspended cards are already out and no longer needs any mana, you can have a good board presence without the need of any mana. Waiting for Greater Gargadon to arrive after losing enough time counters is a main win condition.
It's more of a gimmick and a weird, fun way of winning that can get opponents off their guard.

Step 1: Suspend Greater Gargadon
Step 2: Cascade into Restore Balance using Violent Outburst , Ardent Plea
Step 3: In response to Restore Balance
, sacrifice all of your permanents to remove time counters from Greater Gargadon
. This will clear your opponent's board when Restore Balance
resolves.
Step 4: Greater Gargadon comes off suspend. Win with it.

Restore Balance does not effect planeswalkers, similar to DeathCloud.
You take away your opponents offensive and options, while you effectively still "cast" a "spell" every turn.

It wins by chaining enough Time Walk effects in a row to ultimate Jace Beleren twice, then tick him up once. Laboratory Maniac and Emrakul, the Aeons Torn are available as optional alt win conditions. Check out my deck here if you're interested.

While I do in fact know, I'm a little late to the party haha. Yea you either win with Garg or sometimes by animating Borderposts. Walkers can occasionally pull through for an ult, too.
