how to deal with blood moon

In R/W/B control, I always get screwed by blood moon. If they drop it turn three, fetchlands become useless and with only 2 basic islands I pretty much can't win. Right now my only way to deal with it is Mana Leak . I need some sort of colorless or red enchantment hate to sideboard against this.

Red really has no enchantment hate. It's one of the reasons Blood Moon is so effective.

First of all, I assume you are talking a Red/White/Blue deck, which would be represented as RWU. B is for black.
As for colorless or red answers to enchantments, there are none that are modern legal or efficient enough to really work in modern. White and green are the colors of enchantment destruction/exile, i.e. Erase and Revoke Existence or and Nature's Claim and Naturalize .
Your best bet is to add more basic lands. Usually decks in modern have at least one of each color they play for reasons of Path to Exile and Ghost Quarter . You can also keep up your fetch lands and use them in response to Blood Moon to go get basic lands.
Other than that, counter magic seems to be the way to go.

Wear / Tear is good. You could also run more basics.

If you run R and W you should definitely run Wear / Tear in the sideboard. That's probably your best bet.

Wear / Tear
and 4 islands, 2 plains and 1 mountain for your basics. Fetch basics instead of shocks in the match up to make it all work.

Tear + Wear is usually a 1-of in UWR straight control lists. You could also just be OK with getting blown out by it then fetching basics in later games.

Note that that is in the sideboard, not in the maindeck. :)
When you're three colors, you need to be OK with a couple of things. Possible color screw is one of them. Blood Moon is the other. Play around it if you're up against U/R Splinter Twin or Affinity after sideboarding, as pretty much no other real deck plays it (Blue Moon is not a real deck, and U/R Delver is not a real deck... yet).

Your colorless options for destruction: Culling Scales & Ratchet Bomb You colorless options for bypassing: Chromatic Lantern Red options are incredibly expensive and they are usually mass destruction spells
Since you are using blue: Spectral Shift /Mind Bend /Trait Doctoring can be used to change that text on Blood Moon from mountains to islands or whatever basic land type you want.
Other options: Jester's Cap : for preventionNevinyrral's Disk : board wipeLiquimetal Coating +Vandalblast

I hate to say it (since it sounds so obvious), but just run more basics. All decks should be prepared for Blood Moon and Path to Exile and should also expect it. So, just run 5 or 6 basics. That's what I would do.

Chaos effects are the only recourse you have to deal with enchantments in mono-red/colorless. Do you run enough Plains for white enchantment hate to be viable? That is the more viable direction for you to go.
