Idea for Affinity sideboard.

Honest opinion on this please. I thought it might be alright if in Affinity, I put four Splinter Twin and four Pestermite in sideboard to throw people off. It also wouldn't be that hard to get the mana for it. Thoughts?
It's a bad idea in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, I love transformative sideboards. But that is SO different from your original game-plan, and it'll be harder to get to those colors. I'd take his advise on making a sideboard with cards to hate out decks that'll hate on you first.

What do you think about 2 Thoughtseize in sideboard?

I'm for it.
I run Duress but that's because I'm a cheapass.
Domo Arigato Mr. Roboto is my affinity deck.

Alright, cool. I also run 61 which is kinda annoying but I like the playset of glimmervoids for the sideboard cards. Hmmm.... Maybe put the extra Glimmervoid in sideboard for when I need it. I run the one Master of Etherium mainboard. But it seems to work pretty well because I've won the last three Modern FNM's with the 61 cards.

Not worth it in my opinion.
Double red is actually harder than you might think when you're usually looking at around 12 red sources in the whole deck, and a few of those source can be turned off by various means.
Your chances of finding the combo is pretty miserably small with only 4 of each.
You'd have to find 8 cards topull side out. Affinity needs a lot of its staples to function. If you're pulling 8 cards out you're likely shaving into the shell.
Honestly the worst aspect though is that as Affinity you're the deck everyone brings their removal in against, and removal blows out that combo. If you want to try and get cheeky with a tranformative or unexpected sideboard you should look for something that isn't going to be countered by cards they are already bringing in against you.

I have Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas in my affinity deck and I have found that he helps when people side in all their removal because he gives you a late game punch that isn't dependent on any creatures. (I have him mainboarded but that's just how I play.)
He is BEYOND broken in Modern but he is worse in Legacy.

You are better off sideing in specific hate to prevent your weaker matchups from wrecking you. I run Tormod's Crypt , Ethersworn Canonist , and Dispatch in mine. (Among other stuff.)
