I play wilted abzan and its just not fun for me.Would anyone here recommend tron?

Tron is very potato. I advise Scapeshift if you like big mana.

Then again, I advise Scapeshift regardless.

If you want a budget ramp control list then sure, UTron is great. Emphasis on the budget. I'd probably play something else in paper if it weren't a cheap list.

I just want a cheap deck for modern tournaments at my lgs and for casual. My deck does so bad that tron cant be any worse. My local meta is almost all combo and my deck cant handle it.

Tron is a very good deck that I think is very fun to play as well. I personally would recommend it.

Call me a Turnip but what exactly is a potato (aside from a root vegetable)?

What combo decks are we talking about here? I would second GlistenerAgent's suggestion for Scapeshift regardless of the answer, with 7 main deck counterspells (more if you go the Izzet Charm route, which I recommend in a combo/control based meta) PLUS the option to run Counterflux in the sideboard is fairly awesome against storm. It's not nearly as effective as Mindbreak Trap to be sure, but it helps against control as well.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that Tron match ups with combo is just abysmal. You have so few ways to interact with it that they just don't care about you and your Karn at ALL.

8 Rack beats combo. Really hard. If you go for Scapeshift, Counterflux and Negate it up.

There's alotta amulet twin and storm.my friend plays ghostway.and all the non combo decks are affinity, bug mid,and just rouge decks

Then go Tron Barry_McKawkinner, just know that the folds pretty hard to combo decks. U and U/W are better about it than the G/R lists, but not by a ton. Neither of the blue based variants play hard counters, so Twin will just roll their eyes when you Remand something because they're still going to get there. Storm will just merrily go off and not care about you and your plays. Bloom Titan can be set back by a well timed Remand but not enough to care too much. They'll still race back to the combo faster than you can close them out.

Having numbers to know what your budget looks like would probably make it easier to make suggestions, but based on what you say your meta looks like Tron just sounds like a bad idea.

Tron is a blast to play, if you're into blue and you like getting blown out by combo and fast aggro at times. There are adjustments you can make, but they don't help your numbers a great deal. Just know these are going to be tough matchups for you. The Mono-Blue version is also not the easiest deck to pilot, though not the toughest, either. While it is relatively inexpensive, you're still looking at around $300 without a sideboard. This deck won't really give you any free wins, so be committed and take you're lumps as you learn. You'll be rewarded with one of the strongest late-game decks in the format. The trick is getting there, good luck!

I already get blown out by combo and aggro so its not too different.I just wanna playva controly deck that doesn't cost 500+dallars.
