Impact of Jan 18 Modern Cards Ban

So now that Splinter Twin and Summer Bloom are banned,

which deck archetypes are favored,and which deck archetypes are NOT favored (besides Splinter Twin and Summer Bloom decks).

Will this pave way for some decks to be Competitive Tier?
