I need a way to make my permanents (specifically lands) indestructible in modern for a grixis cruel control deck
I'm guessing you want to cast indestructible on an existing non-basic land? Yeah, that's a white thing. You could do something clever with Quicksilver Amulet and Avacyn, Angel of Hope , but I imagine doing that consistently would mean completely rebuilding your deck.
It's easier to imagine grixis running strong card-draw to get counterspells or removal than to get indestructible.

The idea is i Boom/Bust all lands but mine survive

You could use Mana Confluence and/or City of Brass in the deck and use Boros Charm but I don't really know of any other way that hasn't been mentioned

There's some tricks on the Boom
side, like targeting Darksteel Citadel
(mentioned earlier), or Oboro, Palace in the Clouds
/Fetchland and then removing the target in response. I get the appeal of LD, but a better late game play of this nature for Grixis may be Cruel Ultimatum
. Almost as devastating as a one sided Armageddon
.
If you're set on getting there with Bust
, try adding in some artifact mana if you have room. You'll loose your lands, but still be in a much better state than your opponent. Good luck!

The really simple solution is just having more lands in play than the opponent, and killing off a specific number of them. Wildfire is the card you are looking for. Play with the card in a shell with green (usually jund) and ramp up with Explore , Kodama's Reach , etc. Cast wildfire 2 turns ahead of the curve and you will have lands surviving while the opponent does not, even if they made every land drop. You also get to kill their creatures in the process.

Indestructible lands is more a white thing (3/4 cards that directly do it are white) there is then Darksteel Garrison . On the combo side is Darksteel Forge and Mycosynth Lattice .
