Why does infect run Dryad Arbor?

To elaborate on what CapnMooMoo said, you can fetch for it in response to LoTV's -2 so that you don't have to sacrifice your infect creature.

Sorry, they can use a fetchland to grab Dryad Arbor, and save their buffed creature by saccing the Arbor, for clarification.

I'm pretty sure it's because it's just insane utility. You can fetch it to chump/beat Liliana of the Veil, and if your opponent is stupid with their life total, you can EOT fetch it and win. However, I'm not really qualified to answer this question, so I might be entirely wrong.

Every deck running green should do this. Having a fetchable body is sweet. Dodges Abrupt Decay and Maelstrom Pulse

Occasionally you can go the damage route because of all the pump spells and arbor is tutorable which is awesome not to mention Lilliana's ability as said above.

Well, just say the opponent plays a Liliana of the Veil and you have a fetchland. Don't want to sacrifice your lovely Glistener Elf, so why not sac an Arbor and win next turn?
If you fail the infect plan, and don't want to throw Noble Hierarch away, you can also count to 20 with it.

I'd guess because it's a 0 drop creature that can be used as a last resort, and it taps for mana. However, I don't play infect so that may be completely incorrect.
GlistenerAgent?
