Is Griselcannon still viable?

So I'm looking to start dipping my toes into Modern and I saw Griselbrand's value even before I looked up existing decks. Is this still a good Modern deck, or is there enough hate for this card?
Or, if not Griselcannon, is there any other deck that uses him in a more...uhmm...normal way? :D

The reanimation decks arent as consistent as the Legacy equivalents.

The glass cannon deck isnt very good, although I think with the right shell a Gifts Ungiven deck would be good with him and Unburial Rites

Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and Iona, Shield of Emeria are better.

Griselcannon will always be a very fragile deck. Unless they print something like Ancient Stirrings that can consistently find your pieces, you will lose games horribly or win them easily. Play the high variance deck at your own risk.

If you don't mind frequently watching your opponent chip away at your life total while you sit there, helpless, the deck's fine. Winning may draw some rage, though.

Griselbrand is only good when you can draw a ton of cards and immediately end the game or at least draw a bunch of force of wills

Lazarus beat me to the punch. To be blunt and to the point, don't play the deck. It is inconsistent, fragile and easy to disrupt. There are a myriad of better choices.

No three color decks and no Tron... Twin's pretty good. Affinity's pretty good.

Infect does things.
Rock
Burn
Merfolk
Elves.
Soul Sister's

Tired of Infect shenanigans, and currently running Elves in TL. Blue is my least favorite color but Merfolk sounds interesting. Thanks, guys!

isn't D&T on the more expensive side? or is that the Legacy version?

@cr14mson It's a little pricey, but pretty good. Kevin Crimin made This list, which my bro runs. http://www.gatheringmagic.com/kevin-crimin-video-07192013-playing-on-a-budget-death-and-modern-taxes/

Grizzelcannon Is....very fringe. It's not the type of deck that wins a lot of upscale tournaments or anything. Could be good for tabletop or fnn though. As for anything else? Not really. He's way too expensive
