I run a modern affinity deck, is it a good idea to run Cavern of Souls I mean you can't counter any of my creatures, but I vomit them on the board anyway, but it can protect my treats. What do you guys think?

Aside from it being a bad idea. It doesn't work like that. Take Signal Pest for example. You can't name Artifact Creature, you would have to name Pest.

No. Not at all. In affinity you run 7 diffrent creature types. The only creature type you run 2 of is construct (steel overseer, memnite)

Cavern of Souls isn't really needed. Normally you shouldn't have any real issues with counterspells anyways, there are enough threats in your deck that you can beat the control decks.

LeaPlath, and you can't even spend the mana on Memnite to make it uncounterable, so it's even worse.

DAFFY-DOOM, What lands did you take out for Cavern of Souls?

Given that most counterspells in Modern cost far more than your guys, I'd say you just don't care. Control players are going to board out most of their permission anyway. About the only thing worth keeping in against Affinity is Spell Snare to deal with Cranial Plating and Arcbound Ravager...which is iffy at best.
