Kolaghan's Command or Rakdos Charm?

In the case of a semi-control/weird tempo deck, should I use Command or Charm in the side?

Command all the way. It does everything. It only has the disadvantage vs. Charm against Twin, so you'll have to decide which you need more, but Command is the better card by far.

I don't even know why people play Charm anymore. It doesn't beat Twin.

It helps that Command is also ridiculous.

Never use charm vs twin. It's a waste of board space and only an unexpirenced twin player will fall for that trick.

Command is the card to go with here. I was harsh on it at first but it has proven it self time and time again. Mostly vs spellskite

Kolaghan's Command is actually maindeckable. I've been playtesting Jund with 2 in the main, and it's been stellar so far. Almost always a 2 for 1 when you cast it, even at 3 mana. Rarely dead against several matchups, too; it's only really bad against Scapeshift.

I don't think talking about Twin is particularly useful, since Grixis Delver is favoured there, pretty well. K Command is better everywhere else, and Rakdos Charm is not.

KillDatBUG, Scapeshift? In modern? Well if that's your matchup you don't need to worry about the inefficiency of K Command, because you should win that matchup anyway.

It's good against Scapeshift. Every discard effect is. The Regrowth is also very good if you're targeting Tarmogoyf.
