Mardu Pyromancer should play Path to Exile!

Someone is thinking "but that would screw with Blood Moon." Now, while true - there is no need for Terminate being 2x () mana v.s. Path to Exile being 1x (), (which helps against Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger/Wurmcoil Engine and T1 Hollow One. Sure Terminate does not grant a potential land ramp, but Path to Exile is one less and is more likely to service Young Pyromancer and Bedlam Reveler at a more effective cmc/token/Bedlam ramp enabler.
On another note - I do not denounce Blood Moon in this shell. However, I am feeling that Path to Exile is strictly better than Terminate, and Lingering Souls is already including , so why hinder the true capabilities? Blood Moon is effective against a plethora of decks in Modern, but at the moment - would it not serve better to be sideboard material against the decks where it counts?
-One may even argue that Path to Exile denies Gideon and combats Dredge more effectively (when relevant).
Mardu is a RB deck that splashes white for lingering souls. It plans on flashing it back usually which makes it able for the deck to run blood moon.
A true 3 color mana base would make the deck less consistent and unable to play blood moon while it wouldnt do much in terms of making tron a better MU.
Youd need to change the entire deck and would have nearly no payoff. Thats not a good idea

This is the mistake every Mardu deck before this current iteration made; you make your mana requirements more stringent for a minor "upgrade" in removal. Something that does not get taken into account in your analysis is that getting an extra land often affords an opponent a tempo boost that sort-of neutralizes the fact that you killed a creature. Mardu Pyromancer can go the scorched-earth, kill-all-your-stuff approach, but having the upper hand in tempo helps. You can try it, but many a brewer has tried it already. It didn't work then, and there are no real indications it'll work now.

It can also set you up to cast Blood Moon by targeting your own token to grab a basic swamp or plains.
