Modern decks built for newbies to the format

So I made two modern decklists that I think are good entry-level decks to the format. This meaning that theyre extrmely budget, requiring a comparatively small investment to get your feet wet in Modern, but arent completely horrible for local-level play (like the local tournaments). You aint taking either of these to a pro-tour obviously, but theyre starting points. Let me know what you guys think. I'm open to suggestions for cards that cant be left out, but keep in mind the whole budget thing. Also do you guys know nay other deck types that can be made for less than $100?

Mono Red burn, pretty average super budget build. Was hoping to get it to $50, but I cant really make myself cut anything else

Super Budget Infect. Technically speaking, a four color modern deck for $50, including the price of basics. Easy to upgrade from this starting base, and personally a deck I'll probably build for real life testing and slow upgrading

Please let me know what you guys think. I'm hardly the best magic player ever, and only really average when it comes to Modern, but budget builds are somethign I'm decent at, so I wanted to contribute in my own way tongue emoticon

I don't think either of those are built optimally, even for budget builds.

And alternatives would be... Sorry but that doesnt really contribute anything.

Don't use personal taste cards such as Dragon Fodder in burn.

It isnt personal taste as much as budget and fuel for goblin cannon

Every time you add something that isn't Burn you're diluting your game plan. There's enough budget 3 damage spells that there's no reason for Dragon Fodder or Goblin Grenade MB.
