Modern on MTGO question.

What is the cheapest, competitive deck on MTGO for modern? I have been fooling around with Mono black devotion in pauper, but I really would rather be playing one of my more favorite formats.

I originally wanted to play Jund in modern MTGO, but it is going to take me a long time to grind up to getting it. I just kind of want to do play modern sooner than later.

Loam Pox isn't particularly expensive, and it can be competitive. Soul Sisters and U-Tron are slightly cheaper, but also less competitive. Bogles is also pretty cheap.

Oh. Also there's Merfolk, which isn't particularly expensive, and is very competitive right now.

you can make burn pretty cheap, but I'd really rather not see more burn online. That deck is effing everywhere and isn't terribly fun to play against.

Competitive burn isn't even really that cheap though.

Nobody dislikes Loam Pox . . .

5-Color Blink-Treader Nephilim is both fun and pretty cheap. It's not a tourney-winning deck, but can hold its own against a lot of Modern decks, and does just swell in the "just for fun" tier.
