A friend of mine is playing a very controlling Mono-White deck thst has only a few creatures, and Elspeth, Sun's Champion .

His strategy is quite simple, he exiles anything entering the field, uses Brave the Elements or Gods Willing to protect his few creatures untill Elspeth drops.

I have no idea what the best strategy, so i'd like some ideas if possible :D

Maybe go with stuff that does direct damage? He can't exile Magma Jet.

well theres a few enchantments that give everything -1/-1...that should take care of his little weenie creatures as they come into the field.

I've been trying different types of decks, from Black Removal Control to Gruul Ramp and everything get's blown away :(.

I might work out that black devotion deck i was planning on with some stuff like Phyrexian Crusader , Curse of Death's Hold , Illness in the Ranks or Night of Souls' Betrayal to try and get the upperhand.

Never had this much trouble with a deck before.

Thanks for the advice :D

sounds like u just need some Abrupt Decay and Maelstrom Pulse

Soul Tithe can work well if he's Taxing u. Oblivion Ring too.

Ghostly Prison ?

Just throw 4x Flashfires in your Gruul Deck. Depending on your build Root Maze could potentially slow him down while you use your rampers to not make so harsh on your end.
