What cards in modern are the most tedious/difficult to successfully play around. I'm looking for straight up hate cards. Blood Moon Flashfires Choke Ensnaring Bridge Ghostly Prison Aven Mindcensor type of cards.

Blood Moon gives me the most trouble.

Tectonic Edge can be a problem. (As most land destruction cards in the format).

Gaddock Teeg is something that can be an issue. Ethersworn Canonist also can fit that description.

Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir gives some people fits.

Just build decks that are resilient to Blood Moon, fetch more basics. It's not tedious in the least.

Karn Liberated it just isn't a fun card. It +4's so it can't be killed unless you already dropped a Worldspine Wurm or something. And its colorless so it is easy to ramp in to

Legacy- anything that permits a T1 win. (I am looking at you belcher)

Modern- I play Jund, so I really do not have a card that I hate a lot. Usually my strategy is "Keep Calm and Sideboard Hate". Blood Moon slows me down a bit, but I fetch for basics in the beginning, just in case.

Standard- a well timed Supreme Verdict . gets me every time.

I'd have to say the most annoying thing for me to play around are Cryptic Command and Remand those cards can be just brutal on aggressive strategies. On the plus side, having things bounced in my current deck really only helps me as I am playing Boros Sisters

Grand Arbiter Augustin IV does it for me, he pops up here and there from time to time. Its not the most annnoying on its own, but it is usually followed with a plethora of extra counters and card draw to fuel more counters. Then if you dont have a counter of your own you have to play the game of trying to kill him. Luckily jund has Lightning Bolt at its disposal and prenty of creatures to smash face with. Burn Arbiter burn.

Blind Obedience gets me riled up, as I'm a pretty aggro player, and being hit with something like that irritates me to no end, as it slows me massively if I'm running fast creatures.

Any form of graveyard hate. All of my decks tend to interact pretty heavily with my graveyard so things like Bojuka Bog really grind my gears. Also I'm looking at you Deathrite Shaman
