Most played Modern Decks?

I have no idea where to go when it comes to sideboarding for modern. I'm just now trying to get into it, and I want to be prepared.
Modern decks I'm considering using is a mono-blue arty deck or a WW hatebears deck. What do you think would be my biggest threat?

The only problem with Scapeshift is it's usually slower than some other combo decks in the format.
Storm and Twin Exarch might be more common.
If you go here it gives you a breakdown of decks that make the top 8 most frequently in modern tournaments.

I love my Scapeshift deck. However B/G/x decks are the most played.

Since I am a huge fan of artifacts, I'm most likely to go with an affinity deck. What do you think their biggest weakness is as a deck?

Shatterstorm , Hurkyl's Recall , and Creeping Corrosion :/
Domo Arigato Mr. Roboto is my affinity deck for reference.
A lot of people have sideboard hate for affinity so Arcbound Ravager is kinda a must.

It will depend greatly on where you're playing. A Modern FNM is going to look a lot different than say a Modern GP. One of the best aspects of Modern is that the deck choices can be so diverse. There's a lot of Tier 1 decks and even more Tier 1.5 decks that can attack the field on a good day.
On top of that, the big pool of cards means that sideboard cards can be particularly devastating and there simply isn't enough room in 15 to hose every deck.
In a boarder sense you can roughly break down Modern decks into creature combo, creature-less combo, fair/good stuff decks and control. Going in blind I would identify which of those decks I felt my deck was already favored for pre and post sideboard and then craft a sideboard around that. The other wrinkle is about what matches to build your sideboard for. Do you try to bring in cards to make a 25% match-up to 50% or just hope to dodge that deck and make your 70% match-ups into 90%. There is no write answer unfortunately.

in my experience, the most popular side board tech vs affinity is Kataki, War's Wage , so be ready for that.

I've never seen that dandugg but it looks pretty painful. I usually just see people packing Shatterstorm effects.
Ancient Grudge is a popular one for Jund.

Unless it has changed very recently, Melira pod is the deck to beat.

Actually TheHorse I had heard that pod was getting pushed out of the format as the deck to beat. Idk /shrug.

Archangel of Thune + Spike Feeder brings a LOT of stability to the table. No longer relying exclusively on grave based stuff to get that life.

Thanks for all the advice and stuff everyone, I really appreciate it.

Jund is arguably the best deck in the format. HOWEVER, it loses to Melira Pod. Both decks, especially Jund, are really expensive to build. I'd say the decks to be ready for (in approximate order to be expected) are:
- B/G/x Control
- Pod
- Affinity
- Splinter Twin
- Tron
- Infect
- G/W/x Hexproof
- Death and Taxes
- U/R Storm
- American Control
- Through the Breach
- Scapeshift
- Zoo
- Living End
- Esper Gifts
- Burn

Grisel cannon would like a word here as well...have not taken it to a huge event yet, but it has run the table on a few FNM already.

Jund is probably the most played deck in modern.
Affinity is cheap, so you may see that a lot as well.
Scapeshift is played a lot in tournaments
infect is also playable
