Need a sinister Modern deck

I am looking for a Modern deck that is just frustrating to play against and still gets the job done. I want to bring something to my meta that throws an absolute wrench in the gears. It seems that Jeskai Delver is placing a lot there.
I was thinking of something along the lines of B/R 8-rack or this Grixis-style control deck: Cruel Moon. Which do you think would run better and/or is more frustrating, but can still yield the win? Thanks!

Look into pixy sticks, so annoying to get milled that way

Frustrating to play against? Mill decks are annoying as hell, if that's what you're going for; throw in Surgical Extractions and Extirpates to tear apart their deck.
Playing some kind of Jeskai Control build with Snapcasters, Cryptic Commands, Supreme Verdicts, etc will make your opponents have headaches. No opponent ever enjoys casting into an untapped 1U mana; they'll always know deep down that you're holding a Mana Leak or a Remand.

Pixy stix or U/W Ebony Owl Netsuke/Silence are my suggestions. The latter is a LOT of fun to play and gets some serious hate. I have a build in the works if you'd like me to link it for ideas.
scrotality builds some great meta breaking decks as well (hope you dont mind the shoutout).

This 8-rack looks pretty neat: What a Rack!. I would have to make my own version though, because I like consistency. Too many one-ofs, two-ofs, and three-ofs in there. Mill sounds like it could be neat. Could you suggest any competetive Modern mill decks? I'm guessing the milled cards would have to be exiled though, too, because of Eldrazi or whatnot.

Perhaps competetive mill, sporting some hand-rip as well? That seems like it would be my playstyle :)
Still need deck suggestions, link them if you know of any please!

shedidthistome - i love mill man. its so much fun. damn hard to race affinity or rdw.. or even zoo though. i was recently fiddling around with a competitive mill build.. maybe it'll give you some ideas. i hope you pull it off! mill needs a pro tour win, godamnit! haha

Play Hexproof or Infect. Don't forget those Rancors!

@scrotality, do you think some hand-rip like Thoughtseize and Liliana of the Veil would work in your [Deprecated] The Underdog deck, perhaps along with Extirpate on top of the Surgical Extraction you already play?

lili would be sick. Thoughtseize is always solid of course but that 2 life loss hits hard mid to late game. i freaking love Extirpate, but Snapcaster Mage essentially give you 8 Surgical Extractions if you need it. the main benefit to me of Surgical Extraction is to flash it with Snapcaster Mage and pay the 2 life instead of the mana cost to get the drop on your opponent.
that said, my most memorable moment in recent times was when i extirpated my opponents lightning bolt while he had 2 more in his hand. thank you split second! lol

@scrotality, could I Surgical Extraction or Extirpate in repsonse to an Eldrazi or Elixir of Immortality hitting the graveyard?

Threw this together real quick: Wrench in the Cogs. Help, thoughts, suggestions?

If your meta is full of Delver, DO NOT take 8rack. Unless you are willing to sport white for lingering souls and leylines. Treasure Cruise can make it next to impossible to win through rack effects. your best bet is to run something like worm harvest. this is the list ive been testing to try and withstand the TC hypetrain

@BlueSlime, why is 8-rack bad against delver you say? Because of Treasure Cruise?
December 9, 2014 11:49 p.m.
I run 8Rack and have no problem with Delver at all. Its actually a great matchup. I pack quite a bit of removal by 8Rack standards, but because Delver has so few actual threats it makes it very easy to stall the board. Even if they hit Treasure Cruise, it only delays the inevitable. With a stalled board state and a repeatable discard engine, 8Rack can wear Delver down very easily. Just my 2 cents.

You could play mono black devotion with phyrexian obliterators and tons of hand disruption. Or you could splash red and green and toss domri rade in and have the obliterators fight big things to make them sac

If you like consistancy, then mill is not for you. I love mill and i'm almost at the point of getting rid of all my U/B mill deck. Top deck control decks are fun and are annoying to play against. I personally run a BUG version of "Draw Control", but if you like 8 rack, I may have something for you.

That Lovin' Feeling is my 8rack. The problem with 8rack right now is it succumbs to a lot of the current meta hate, I.e. Chalice of the Void. It's still my current modern, but if you are wanting something vile I suggest straight up cruel control. Nothing like Cruel Ultimatum to win a game with.
