Non Milling B/U deck?

Are there any good Black/Blue modern decks that aren't mill? I've been looking for awhile, and everyone I come across is either Mill or just kill/counter, which never tends to get me too far...

Any ideas? Thanks.

Honestly, not really. The problem with U/B is they're both very strong support colors, but they have a hard time winning on their own.
