Questions about CoCo Elves

I have some questions about this deck before I test it out.
How aggressive should I mulligan?
What is a good hand and the god hand?
What turn does the deck win on average?
What is plan B if you don't combo off?
What are your best/worst match ups?

Is there a reason that people don't play Thousand-Year Elixir in Elves? Instant mana and untapping the Archdruid seems sweet.

Probably a bit too win-more, and doesn't do enough if you don't have the arch druid out.

I used to play an elf combo deck with Primal Surge where Thousand-Year Elixir was awesome. Elf Surge. I should take another look at that deck with Collected Company.

G/R tron and Burn are probably the hardest matchups. I feel like you could get over Abzan and Jund, however, by overwhelming them with too many Elves. Still of course they could also Thoughtseize out your combo and drop multiple Tarmogoyfs, which would be hard to get through.

The worst MU is combo, a good Twin player will wreck you and just scoop and get dinner against Amulet. Against fair decks you tend to win, Tron is 50-50 but you need to be quick about it and have a good SB plan.

Combo sounds tough, but Tron is definitely not 50-50. There's no way the deck could come back after a Turn 3 Wurmcoil then Turn 4 Ugin. No way.

@vishnarg Actually, Ezuri, Renegade Leader and a whole bunch of elves can punch through Wurmcoil Engine without any issues. Buff all your elves twice, then swing for the win. Of course, this is assuming you land your Elvish Archdruid early and also have a Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx handy to make that much mana. I'd be more worries about Ugin, the Spirit Dragon and Oblivion Stone wiping all the elves out.

You need a hand with some kind of turn 1 play or powerful turn 2-3 plays. Don't keep hands that are mainly 3-4 drops, and try to have at least 5 cards in hand. Also mull anything with no lands, you should only have about 18 so no land hands will happen somewhat frequently.
Anything with Nettle Sentinel and Heritage Druid is good.
Normally about turn 4-5, depends on when you get your Ezuri, Renegade Leader and Elvish Archdruid.
Kill them with elves. You swing in to win, and so making your elves big and just attacking will kill them. You'll find that you kill with the value plan more frequently than with the combo.
You lose to removal. You can sometimes go under Abzan and control, but anything that kills your elves will make you have a bad time. Also G/R Tron can be hell since they play cheap board wipes.
