So obviously Goblin Rabblemaster is pretty much a staple in red deck wins for standard but how about modern? Do you guys think that with all the other cards out there, that theres room for rabblemaster in modern?

I think there might be space for him in a non-burn Modern red deck such as Skred Red or something. Perhaps as a SB card in burn in a control-heavy meta (although traditional control seems to be on the decline in Modern). It's funny to me, but I've seen more Rabblemaster in Legacy than in Modern.

Stompy in Legacy runns Rabbles, the closest you can get to that in Modern i Skred Red.

It fits in some decks, but it dies to bolt and the tokens aren't a significant enough advantage. It's also not fast enough by itself, since combo decks can race him. I like Goblin Rabblemaster, but he isn't extremely playable in competitive.

Young Pyromancer is a much better token spammer that costs less and activates whenever you want, not exactly and invariably once per turn.
I'm not even sure Goblin Rabblemaster has a place in goblin tribal. I mean, I sure as hell don't want to pay 3 mana for a hasteless 2/2 that just stands there for an entire main phase, waiting to get bolted/path'd/decay'd.

the problem is he doesn't have haste and is almost certainly going to get removed the turn you play him so you pretty much always only get 1 damage out of him. For 3 mana, I really want to be casting Lightning Bolt and Skullcrack in RDW, not Rabble.

Nope. Goblin Chieftain is better for goblins than he is.

ChiefBell Rabblemaster is a win more card which occasionally runs away with games. I would include maybe 1-2 of them in a goblins deck. Making goblins is pretty nice.

Goblin rabblemaster keeps the buff for himself making him absurdly chump blockable - useless. Chieftain spreads the buff equally between all goblins - therefore you cannot chump block to negate all the effects.

Short answer: almost certainly no.
