Rank the Guild Leaders

How would you rank the guild leaders in the return to ravnica block? I'm referring to how good the cards are. I find some of them quite underwhelming in all honesty, in particular Obzedat. I love black white decks but found this card very underwhelming, his entire effect revolving around a mere 2 damage to one player per turn seems weak for a guild leader. Let me know your thoughts about him as well!

It’s funny because when Obzedat, Ghost Council was standard I believe it saw the most play of any of the guild leaders because it fit into a midrange shell next to Restoration Angel and Thragtusk as a one or two of.
Otherwise I would say I like Trostani, Selesnya's Voice the best for my style. She’s not playable in modern though for anything useful, since that’s what forum this is in.
Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius is pretty comboable, but not as much as the original. I’ve seen a glass cannon Borborygmos Enraged combo deck too that seemed right up my alley, but again, glass cannon.
Aurelia, the Warleader’s extra combat step is super useful...But she’s a bit expensive for modern.
Isperia, Supreme Judge - meh.
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord is a nice combo piece, but easily disrupted.
Lazav, Dimir Mastermind doesn’t really have a place in the format, and the three toughness he starts off with makes him prime Lightning Bolt fodder.
Prime Speaker Zegana is super useful in casual commander, but totally over costed for modern. She’s just not a big enough threat to cost that much.
Rakdos is powerful, like PhyrexianWombat said, but if you are talking about Modern, it’s too much work I think to get him online.
Is that all of them???

Ironically, Karlov of the Ghost Council seems like he's being held back by his comrades seeing how strong his solo card is.
If we're talking EDH, Rakdos, Lord of Riots is probably my favorite from RTR. Crazy card with the right support.
