Reality Shift in Modern

So I've been testing Reality Shift as 2 of in my Scapeshift sideboard, replacing the combusts I was playing.

My reasoning was that, in addition to hitting rhinos, pestermites, angels, collonades, etc, it also hits pretty much everything else and generally the 2/2 is more survivable or dealable with.

Anyone else been testing it? So far I'm liking, but not enough that I'm not looking for alternatives.

Your particular list would be helpful.

In the void though, it's not worth it. Your goal is to keep their pressure off of your back. Against Twin, their beatdown is generally too slow unless you're missing land drops, and Combust is totally fine. Against Abzan, you'd rather topdeck Inferno Titan or Wurmcoil Engine than a removal spell. Against a control deck, you don't want any removal whatsoever.

Sadly I don't have a list at the moment.

And I'm tweaking some bits. Right now, I'm going for a more midrangy plan. So reality shift, baloth, sower, wurmcoil.

My favourite thing to do, Reality Shift A delver in response to its flip trigger.

I think its definitely decent. Can hit a ton of threats, and a 2/2 is nothing but a chump. Im no pro with scapeshift decks though.

@bijschjdbcd I'll point out that you don't get to for-sure manifest an instant or sorcery. Still kinda cool.

GlistenerAgent You do if you let them reveal an instant/sorcery and flip Delver, but you then Reality Shift at the end of their upkeep, before draw-step. Right? I think that's how it works.

Oh yeah that's fine. You can't see the card and Reality Shift before Delver flips though. That's all one ability. I thought that's what bij said.

Oh, ok. I see where you're coming from.

You could always splash black and play Slaughter Pact and Tasigur, the Golden Fang to make a really silly deck.

Tried Tasigur in Scapeshift.

Wasn't good.
