Right deck to build?

I'm a Modern player with a no-Goyf budget. I already have a R/W/B Burn deck and am looking to build a second, more competitive deck. Besides Delver, what decks are good to build right now? Specifically, how do you guys feel about Twin, Pod, and Scapeshift?

I'd wait until the next bannings are announced. Splinter Twin and Scapeshift are a lot better with Dig Through Time, so if that's banned I would stick to Pod, as it's a great deal better with access to Siege Rhino. I really like the playstyle of Scapeshift, but that's just me. Mess around with all of them, they are all very fun to play.
If you want to know which is the best deck right now, the answer is Pod --> Scapeshift --> UR Twin. Note that Scapeshift is a bad matchup for Pod.

Haven't they said no changes to the banlist with when it comes around in the next week or two?

That said, picking up Pod is always a safe option. I'd go with that if you want a deck right now.

Affinity has always been pretty solid, but it is pretty similar to your burn deck in style.

Thanks for the tips. I've decided on Pod, but I don't really want to invest in the Hierarchs because they're probably in MM2015. Are there any decent substitutes? How bad would Elvish Mystic be?

I'd advise Arbor Elf, because you'll always be able to get multiple colors off of it. It is worse, but should still be functional.

I'm currently running a green ramp... this green ramp Green Ramp Mk2, but I want some other deck ideas in general.

I'm new myself but have played against pod mostly - which looks to be a versatile and fun to play option that is a bit tweak able. My roughed out version of delver is pretty even against it - depending on draws and things.
