RW Burn with off colour fetches

Hey I have a mono red burn deck and I am thinking I want to make it RW burn to add boros charm, helix and wear/tear(sideboard). I dont own any arid mesa and dont really play enough modern to want to buy them. If I am just searching for my Sacred Foundry, then couldnt I just use the wooded foothills and bloodstained Mires that I have from Khans. I would not be running basic plains anyways, so using other fetch lands that can grab me mountains seems to accomplish the same thing. I am also running clifftop retreat as I dont see that being a problem. If I draw only it as a land I probably want to mulligan anways.
You can't play basics other than mountain so it doesn't matter which fetches you're using as long as they're red.

I'm looking at playing 4c Burn as well and it functions just fine with just the Khans fetches. Got some blue in there for Treasure Cruise, white for Boros Charm and maybe a Helix or two and green in there for Destructive Revelry. Works just fine, although I'm not sure if the Revelry is better than Wear/Tear but I'm liking the 2 damage off of it.

I'm currently running 5Color burn, with only the 8 red fetches from Khans and I do just fine.
