Sinergy between Kitsune Mystic Flip and Greater Auramancy

Like oil and water, am I mistaken? Firstly, greater auramancy would prevent the mystic from ever getting his second aura, and then, even if it was flipped, the sage wouldn't be able to target any aura, for they would be shrouded.
Looking for confirmation.

However, would state based actions unflip Autumn-Tail, Kitsune Sage if i happened to unattach one of its auras?

No. There is no clause on Autumn-Tail, Kitsune Sage that instructs you to flip it.

However, say a creature that's enchanted by an aura is targeted with Mortify . Could I respond unattaching its aura onto the sage?

I don't know how Mortify could target the enchanted creature to begin with; Greater Auramancy gives enchanted creatures shroud.

Sorry, didn't specify: no Greater Auramancy on the field.

Technically, an enchanted Kitsune Mystic can still be enchanted with a second aura while Greater Auramancy is under your control. If an aura is put onto the battlefield without being cast, it can just be legally attached to an object of the appropriate kind. It's kind of roundabout, but it works. You can't cast aura spells targeting enchanted creatures you control, though.
The ability of the flipped side can't target auras because they have shroud. You are correct on that one.
