Sneering gestures when Twin is activated?

Hi everyone, just wondering, who has encountered the following when playing against an activated Splinter Twin combo?
a. The player declares an absurdly high number of iterations such as 1 million,
b. The player doesn't say anything at all nor declare attackers.
c. The player throws down a rubberbanded deck of cards to represent tokens
Usually people just play twin and look at you. I am a jerk and "used" to make them go through the whole process.

Let me give you some advice:
d. Look surprised at the Twin player
e. Smile at the Twin player
f. Drop Rakdos Charm from your hand with two mana open
g. Take a lighter and burn the pile of cards
h. Proceed to do the same thing to whatever you're using to keep track of that player's life total
i. Smile again and walk away, sprinkling ashes of cards here and there
That put aside, if you are playing Rakdos or Orzhov colors, you can definitely bluff by pretending you have one of the two cards Glistener said in hand. I've done it before, and it's a really good feeling.

There's no real reason to be an ass. Usually people just reveal the card, tap some mana, and look at you for a response. That's pretty much it, really. Besides, with the twin ban, who cares? It's not like you'll have to worry about looking at that thing anymore...

The first one is kinda what the deck does. It is a shortcut for people who don't scoop to active combo. Numbers up to and including 1 trillion don't bother me. The real annoying ones are:
- 1 googol
- Graham's Number
- Infinity

If they actually tried to do "infinity"? You can just call a judge over, can't you (not that you need to if you have no answers since the result is the same)? They need to choose a finite number.

Well, declaring a large number of iterations is what you're supposed to do barring Rakdos Charm or Batwing Brume.
No need to worry about this anymore, though.
