Which version between the classic shell and the Norin RW version do you think is GENERALLY better? Obviously either might do better against certain decks but overall.

Seems like the Norin version has to go perfectly to be great but the classic one seems to be able to recover easier. Playing a tournament soon(TON of burn around, hehe) so thinking about switching my SS over to the RW version.

Mono white is definitely better. It's far more consistent, and can actually fight against T1 decks for a bit. Mono white is solidly T2, but NorinSisters is just a janky brew which fails to succeed past FNM.

I think the mono white version is better but that the "classic shell" needs improving.

That's what I've gathered as well, especially the consistency part. Norinsisters just absolutely rolls a lot of strategies IF IT GOES PERFECTLY but christmas land etc etc.

As for changing the classic SS I've been toying with it a ton in the past few months. Tried multiple versions with Archangel of Thune but was typically too slow for the meta. I ran Squadron Hawks for years but scrapped those for maindecking Auriok Champions and a couple Return to the Ranks. Works out fairly well.

Has anyone been maindecking Secure the Wastes? Been thinking about fitting 2-3 in somewhere.

Secure the Wastes is great. it's like your Sphinx's Revelation.

Mono-white is stronger from what I've seen. That's the version I play, admittedly, but it is stabler and a lot more streamlined.

In the case of Soul Sisters, a linear strategy is a good thing.
