Stormbreath Dragon:
Modern forum

I'm curious as to whether people think this is a viable card in Modern, as some sort of top end. It dodges Bolt, Path and Decay, can't be block by Lingering Souls tokens, and is a big threat that needs answering. Not thinking it's a 4-of, by any stretch of the imagination, but maybe like a 1-2 of?
Thoughts?
It sees modern play already, particularly in UWR Midrange/control sideboards for something like the mirror and occasionally against Abazn since a lot of people side out their removal against control. Stormbreath Dragon is a beast.

Stormbreath Dragon is a very good card in modern because it has protection from Path to Exile. Thundermaw Hellkite is another great card which deals with Lingering Souls, gets an extra damage in, but is vulnerable to Path.
Depending on what sort of deck you're running, running 1 Stormbreath or Thundermaw is powerful. Usually having more is not a great idea.
