can you make a competitive superfriends deck in modern?

after standard rotated most of them did too. so i thought id make a deck but realy i have no idea where i shuld start. so first id like to know if its even posible.

first thing that wonders me since all in Modern is supposed to be fast to the point of turn4...and walkers generally being 5+(atleast mine)

The only walkers seen with any frequency in Modern are Liliana of the Veil and Ajani Vengeant . I'm not saying that it can't work, the meta is pretty broad. Just research what you're going to be going up against first.

These are two decks I found on MODO:

U/W Superfriends
U/W Tron

Superfriends is definitely viable in Modern. You'll want a U/W shell for countermagic and removal. You don't have to win on turn 4 in Modern, just set yourself up to do so. Blowing out your opponent with some countermagic or board wipes, then following it up with a planeswalker, can be enough.

I have been working around this Idea for my first modern deck and I don't see why it can't work. Ajani Vengeant is a terrible walker for competitive play. I use a more Junk walker theme using Garruk Relentless  Flip which has seen play in BUG Walkers in legacy for tokens and potential removal , the prevalent Liliana of the Veil for obvious reasons, Elspeth, Knight-Errant for token production and vast utility, and Sorin, Lord of Innistrad for more creature tokens and more damage. Ajani Vengeant is an amazing planeswalker for competitive play lol...tap down your Urza's Tower each turn? Kill your Dark Confidant and still have a permanent on the table? Yes please. Ajani Jund continues to be one of the best decks in the format.

I run a UWb shell that does fairly well. It's basically made to beat Jund, and admittedly has a hard time dealing with combo, but it's fun beating down with Gideon Jura , equiped with a Batterskull . It also features Elspeth, Knight-Errant and Jace, Architect of Thought .

I will grant that my list isn't the most competitive, but I have some good times with it.
