Surgical Extraction or Slaughter Games?

I cant decide which of these is better, and why. Please leave me some input, also this is for Gruul tron that is running a single Llanowar Wastes along with the rest of the natural color fixing. Also, since you're here, what do you think of Atarka's Command in Modern? Maybe?

Slaughter Games searches for the card regardless of its location. Surgical Extraction requires it to be in the graveyard.
Slaughter Games is uncounterable, so I would say that that makes it far better in RG Tron. Running a single Llanowar Wastes in the sideboard is fine, because you have all these search effects.
Atarka's Command is good in modern for Zoo and Burn. That's it. Unless you can somehow innovate, or put it in a brew, don't use it.

Slaughter Games. You can't guarantee that the cards you want will hit the bin without discard.
Atarka's Command isn't for Tron. WAY too hard to cast.
