Twin Bolt in Modern?

I think Twin Bolt is very good because it's an instant. It's no Lightning Bolt, but if Electrolyze and Forked Bolt see play, so can it.
Electrolyze draws you a card and has been seeing a little less play than usual anyway. Forked bolt costs one mana. 2 mana for a card that can barely hit anything, even if it is at instant speed, is just useless.

Consider this: for two mana, you can do 2 mana to up to one thing with this card. OR, for two mana, you can do 2 damage to everything with Pyroclasm. which do you think will see more play?

The difference is that Electrolyze draws you a card as well, and Forked Bolt costs one less. There's definitely better options at 2 mana removal or burn. Boros Charm and Skullcrack, removal there's Terminate Abrupt Decay and Path to Exile(not 2 but one of the best removal)
So literally what chief said lol

Also remember what kind of decks you would find these cards in. Electrolyze finds play in some slower control decks RUW or Blue Moon so the card draw is worth it in the control play style. I then think Forked Bolt rose in popularity from Treasure Cruise being run in burn type decks. So you would want to have cheap spells to sling out.
You are right Twin Bolt is similar, but not what those archetypes would want to run.

You can play Twin. You can play Bolt. Not this card though.

I see a strong comparison to Arc Trail. I like Arc Trail, but I don't see it showing up in Modern.
