Champion of the Parish also gains value, but it does require you to keep playing humans.

You might be more specific. Value from instants and sorceries? Playing lands? Playing creatures? Attacking? Drawing cards? What colors?

Do you want things that require no mana or mana? For no mana, Huntmaster of the Fells Flip, Scute Mob, Bloodhall Ooze, Dark Confidant, Bloodgift Demon, Steel Overseer, etc all work. For mana, cards like Scavenging Ooze, Tasigur, the Golden Fang, Erebos, God of the Dead, etc all work.
Also just look into using some planeswalkers. They fit the bill exactly.

Well from playing lands Courser of Kruphix or any other decent landfall creature works for playing lands where as Monastery Swiftspear puts out some sick beats when you play non-creature spells.

Well good old fashioned Snapcaster Mage does all of it's value giving in one shot, but I don't really think you should overlook it. Sun Titan gives insane value in the right deck.

You can get some decent value from Myth Realized, but he's weak to Abrupt Decay. Some decks I've seen have started to have success from Monastery Mentor, which is nice because the tokens stick even when he gets removed. That's pseudo-card-advantage, but very good pseudo-card-advantage. And there's no question he works better in decks that pack significant counterspells. If you're not packing counters, Abbot of Keral Keep is great value with card advantage.

When you said tokens I think you meant Young Pyromancer

I almost mentioned Pyromancer, but I definitely meant Monastery Mentor, who makes prowess tokens, multiplying the value of almost every spell you cast.

I don't know how many creatures you really need to add in there (though you could certainly replace 1-2 Restoration Angel). If you just want mid-game value and advantage, Monastery Mentor or Young Pyromancer would be okay, but Timely Reinforcements or Lingering Souls might be better, because they don't require protection.
If it's more value from big dudes you want to grab with Gifts - Ojutai, Keranos, and Elesh Norn are pretty hard to argue with. I wouldn't change up too much. You might also run 1-2 guys with good ETB effects to reanimate - like Thundermaw Hellkite or Bogardan Hellkite - but they seem difficult to hardcast if need be. If you want persistent value, I've never seen anyone run Numot, the Devastator or Balefire Dragon, but both seem decent if you can reanimate and protect them.

The best Jeskai value creatures off the top of my head: Snapcaster Mage, Jace, Vryn's Prodigy Flip, Monastery Mentor, Restoration Angel, Monastery Swiftspear, Abbot of Keral Keep, Keranos, God of Storms.
