Okay,

So we now have Bitterblossom , is this enough to push U/B Faeries into tier 1?

If not, where is ]]bitterblossom likely to emerge in the top tier of Modern decks? Lets discuss!

I personally think Faerie decks are going to be a powerhouse, but I am not quite convinced yet.

Faeries was already a very successful Extended list when that format was still around, and that shares a very similar pool of cards. Just taking that list and updating the mana base alone probably in Tier 1.5 considering many modern decks are similar updated decks from other formats. A little tuning will likely put it as a firm contender for Tier 1.

very cool. Thank you for the response! I've been playtesting and the deck is starting to come together against other top decks. Bitterblossom is solid, and I can't wait to see what the pro tour brings us as far as faeries go.

Shehar Shenhar's favorite deck is U/B faeries :D

Aye fairies could be powerful young caster. The list did well like Slycne said. The Wizard has been wonder what could happen with W/B tokens

I was looking at some older W/B token decks earlier, with Bitterblossom I could really see them taking off in modern. I think we are in for an interesting pro tour!

I think tokens could be in a great position. Considering it would gain amazing benefits from Bitterblossom I could see it making quite an appearance

But back to faeries, I think it will make a strong appearance at some point. The lists are few and far between at the moment so it's hard to say if the post Bitterblossom list or the list with Bitterblossom will be the base structure for faeries

I have been tooling with my new deck for faeries and have cut several of the old faeries cards (mostly land in favor of a new mana base) but have left a lot of the old design together. It seems to run very well, however it borders becoming a tempo deck and forces me to make decisions like Remand or Mana Leak in the mainboard.
