Viable Removal in W/G?

Right now I'm brewing a Selesnya midrange list, and I was wondering; in white, other than Path to Exile, what is usable removal? Are cards like Journey to Nowhere and Oblivion Ring usable? Maybe conditional stuff like Condemn, Selesnya Charm, or Oust? In green, is something like Beast Within worth it? Not really looking to make anything tier 1, but what is the best non-path removal in white?

Wrath of God is the only other one I've seen and can think of. For green, there's Beast Within, but it depends on if you care about that 3/3. I've seen it used to great success. Krosan Grip and Reclamation Sage are very good removal options for the sideboard.

Is there anything in particular that you're looking to remove? Delvers? Tasigurs? Rhinos? Goyfs? Blood Moons? LoTVs?

But the reality is..you should only be considering these if you're already running a playset of Path to Exile. It and Abrupt Decay are the best removal in the format.

I'm not sure you really need any more than 4 Path to Exiles. They function incredibly well. You could also trial Dromoka's Command, that works pretty well, especially in midrange.

In my opinion Oblivion Ring/Banishing Light are very decent removals in white, and are severely underrated.Of course in Golgari colours there are better removals, but not everyone plays B/G. Also note that Maelstrom Pulse & Abrupt Decay both are useless against indestructible things, or creatures with regenerate ability, this may not be a problem if you use them against planeswalkers, artifact, or enchantments, but against creatures its a strong limitation.

The main problem white white exile enchantments is that they are too slow to be used against aggro (However using path to exile against midrange, or control strategies can create sever problems). And that they can be destroyed (for example via Abrupt Decay) so there is a definite possibility of your opponent getting back his/her non-land permanents. Tough this is mostly problem against deck with G enchantment removal spells (Including B/G destroy spells)

Xica: What indestructible creature sees Modern play? There's only one relevant regen creature to my knowledge, (Thrun, the Last Troll), and he's got hexproof. These limitations you're talking about aren't really limitations.

Apart from just blockers (the true green removal spell), there's not a whole lot of reasonably costed GW removal. I like Dromoka's Command and Beast Within for their versatility, if I were looking for more that's the direction I'd go in.

I would say Lotleth Troll can be pretty relevant, a win condition in the right grave decks. If you are saying that popular decks don't use them then, and they don't see a lot of high level competitive play i agree.Creatures can gain regeneration too... Skeletal Grimace is a nice example of that, undying creatures like Geralf's Messenger, and presist creatures exist Rendclaw Trow, Murderous Redcap, Kitchen Finks to just name a few.Destroy effect are problematic to say the least if you intend to use them against these creature, and some see frequent play for example in jund, and junk(abzan) decks.

Forcing opponent to sac & exile > -x/-x > destroy+cannot regenerate > destroy > damageAt least in my opinion...

If you think you can afford the life-loss, you can toss a pair of Dismembers in there.

Selesnya Charm is great in the right build.
