In a vengvine list

I think you hate posting complete thoughts as your subject.

You should tell a little more. Tell us why you think they should play it. Tell us how it would work. Then you'll get a lot more feedback.

However, no I don't think it will be played. Vengevine want to play the creatures in the GY. Not let them be there, till there is 10 creatures.

I love her, but I don't think it would work that well. It needs ten creatures, which is a lot. You'd probably be killing the opponent down on Vengevine, Bloodghast and Gravecrawler's beatdown by the time you'd be reaching ten creatures on your graveyard.

Perhaps Golgari Grave-Troll could make your dredge and make you fill your graveyard faster, but I still think it would take a lot to reach ten creatures (important to mention that only creatures count, although it counts on opponent's graveyard as well).

It'd work very well against another dredge deck, I think.

My thoughts were your guys are flooding the yard, they trade your early threats and put things away.... General 10 creatures shouldn't be too difficult often

You would just play the cards before having 10 in the yard. But use it as a SB option, if you are facing Living End, Dredge or Vengevine :)

The card I think dredgevine lists should consider is Flamewake Phoenix. Getting ferocious doesn't seem hard and having an easily repeatable 2/2 flyer seems sweet.
