This is to discuss what creature(s) you wish were good enough to be played in competitive modern. Mine is Sidisi, Brood Tyrant. I loved her in my standard deck, and Ive tried hard to get her to work in a competitive modern deck, and it just can't be done.

So what are some creatures you really wish were good enough for competitive modern?

@lemmingllama Bloodhall Ooze could be viable if you started with Blood Crypt untapped turn 1 then follow it with say, Stomping grounds

dunno what the rest of the deck would have to look like tho...

@puimuri Lands are colorless, so you need permanents for it to get big.

Anyways, the real issue is that the decks that would play it would rather just run Tarmogoyf, Scavenging Ooze, Dark Confidant, and Tasigur, the Golden Fang.

Bloodhall Ooze actually was competitive for a minute because of Deathrite Shaman lemmingllama. It basically a Jund Midrange shell trying to play aggro and it was actually Alright.

Primordial Hydra. I pretend to be competitive, i want to win, ive played net decks a time or two, but deep down my inner Timmy wants to cast hydras. Comically Large Hydras.
