What is the idea behind playing Hive Mind in Amulet of Vigor and Summer Bloom decks?
Modern forum

How does it win with that?

The deck is really good at making six mana, and plays all sorts of Pacts. Hive Mind into Summoner's Pact often kills opponents because they have to pay the upkeep cost (and probably can't).

@ChiefBell: It was, briefly. I moved it from Q&A to General, and from General to Modern (there's currently no way to move a thread directly into a non-General forum).

The hive mind kill can come as early as turn 2 and is much easier to do than a Primeval Titan kill turn 2. My good friend plays Bloom Titan, so I've watched it happen, and Hive Mind is more simple and cleaner.

They cast something like Summoner's Pact. The opponent is forced to cast a copy of that card and cannot pay the mana cost on their upkeep - they automatically lose. Also this should be in the modern forum because it's about Bloom.
